The uber patient
I have a patient who is 80, has HTN, PVD, CHF, CRF, UTI, MR, TR, and AFIB. Good thing she doesn't have COPD or DM cause that would be an abbreviation nightmare.
Well, it looks as though the culmination of 4 years of hard work in medical school (ok ....I didn't really work that hard) has landed me in a family medicine residency. Anyways, when I feel so inclined, I am going to keep a little journal of the events that happen to me over the next two years. Feel free to head off to the next blog....
